Our course is accessed and navigated through our online training platform in a self-paced and self-learning setting.
It all started when I was running my own agency, where I had to train agents and help them achieve success.
Since then, we have developed a unique training program focused on how Olim can overcome the language barrier and cultural differences and establish their successful real estate business in Eretz HaKodesh.
Apart from real estate, I’m passionate about marketing and business growth, and I’m the author of a marketing best-selling book and a proud father to Adam and Leo.
Helping businesses and individuals grow and succeed in achieving their goals is my passion and I bring this energy into all of my projects.
With our proven learning method, I’ve taught this course to dozens of Olim Chadashim over the course of 5 years now with great turnouts. I’ve gotten a lot of positive feedback and I take great pride in our results.
Passing the Israeli real estate license exam is a big challenge for many Olim Chadashim looking to kickstart their real estate careers in Israel. So we thought of a way to make studying for the test easier. A better, easier, less overwhelming way to study for the exam AND pass - even with basic Hebrew! We offer a complimentary lesson as a means of trying us out. It’ll give you a sneak peek into the study material and the way our academy is designed.
The English version of the Book of Laws is simply a translation of the Hebrew book. It can help, but it’s no guarantee that you’ll manage studying for the exam on your own. And here’s why - The key to passing the exam lies in your capability of reading and understanding the laws in Hebrew, therefore knowing the English translation of the laws won’t do you much good for passing the test. Also, you could easily get lost with the amount of material you need to study for the test, so having some guidance throughout the study process, will go a long way. That’s not to say that you shouldn’t get familiar with the book and know how to index it. On the contrary, we encourage our students to do so and we have a dedicated video discussing just that.
Ideally, you’d need a good 40 hours of study to reach the exam date with confidence. Depending on your schedule, we recommend starting about 2-3 months before the test, putting aside 2-4 hours a week. By following this you’ll have more than enough time to study, familiarize yourself with the laws and context, and reach the exam date feeling prepared and confident. Start as soon as you can to avoid the stress, and the more serious you take it from start, the higher your chances are of passing.
You should definitely take the time to figure out if real estate is for you. I always say that passing the test and getting your license is similar to getting your driver’s license - get it over and done with as soon as you can. You’ll always find an excuse for not taking the test now - if you want to get your real estate career going - NOW IS THE TIME! However, and this is important for you to know - regardless of what many real estate agents may tell you, practicing real estate in Israel without a license is prohibited and is a criminal offense punishable by twelve months in jail.
One of the biggest challenges most of our students face is understanding the questions. This is not your everyday Hebrew making it all even more overwhelming. And yet there’s no escaping the fact that the test is in Hebrew. Therefore, in order to make proper use of our studies, we require basic Hebrew reading skills. If you’re capable of reading the laws in Hebrew, then through our teaching method you’ll begin to develop an understanding of the laws, and with proper practice time, sure enough you’ll be on the right track to passing the test.
Our classes are held entirely in English, making it easier for many Olim Chadashim to study for the test. However, given the exam is in Hebrew, we teach the laws as they are in Hebrew and we encourage our students to read them in Hebrew as well. That way, not only do our students prepare for the test, but they actually practice and improve their Hebrew along the way. We cover one topic per lesson and the study material is broken down into segments making it a lot easier for our students to study. We emphasize a lot on practice time and go over real previous exam questions to make sure our students stay on top of things
The thing is this: these tests are tricky and hard. They’re simply designed this way. There’s almost never a 100% pass rate and if I’m going to be honest here, 2018 was the lowest pass rate with only 60%(!) of all examinees passing the test! We still don’t know 2019’s statistics… But the idea is not to focus on getting 100%, but getting 60%. That is 15 correct answers out of 25. The exam is an open book, so in addition to the study material offered in our course, we recommend that all our students download or purchase the Book of Laws and we have a dedicated video that discusses just that - how to navigate and index the Book of Laws. So with our online course (which allows you to study anytime, anywhere and as much as you need), your knowledge of indexing the Book of Laws, our support through our closed Facebook group and our live session before the exam - you’re pretty much covered.
Good question! Unfortunately, we have no control over which questions will be in the test. We can only rely on previous exams and use them as guides. There’s always the chance that there will be a question on a topic that we haven’t covered on our course, but that’s why we are focused on passing the test, and getting 60% and not 100%. We have pre-recorded live sessions on our Facebook group where we discuss specific topics that have repeatedly appeared in previous exams, and they are available to all our students. And given this is an open book exam, you have access to the Book fo Laws (the laws the exam is based on) and this is precisely why we advise that all our students be familiar with the book and know how to index it.
Enrolling is easy. Click the “FREE TRIAL” button to enter our academy. Simply follow the instructions to creating your free account, login with the email and password you created your account with and voila! you’ll have immediate access to our first lesson.

Our course is 100% online and will be available to you from the moment you join the course for 1 year. During that year you can repeat the classes as many times as you need and want, and if you haven’t passed the test throughout the year (which has never happened) we’ll work something out.
True, our closed Facebook group is an integral part of our study program. It is a hub for all of our students to communicate with us and each other, to ask questions, post comments, and spark conversations. We have practice files and additional videos which are recordings of the live sessions that we held a few days before the exam. We can email most of the material we have both on our course and group, apart from the videos on our Facebook that we can’t download. It just means that you’ll have to attend the Facebook live session (which we hold over zoom) before the exam and not rely on the recording, which I encourage our students to do anyway.
